Our refined lunch dishes are served on a continuous basis until 5.45pm and include delicious salads, pastas, tastings of savoury dishes for those who like to have a bit of everything. Our homemade shrimp croquettes are highly recommended. We also present new suggestions every season.
On top of that, Tante Marie is heaven on earth for those with a sweet tooth since we offer a wide range of homemade pastries every day, completed with an extensive menu of various ice cream creations. A true discovery tour.
Also, Tante Marie’s pancakes, always served with an assortment of sugars, butter and some homemade jam, are very popular.
When you are at Tante Marie, please do not ask for just a cup of coffee or tea. We have a special coffee and tea menu boasting no less than fourty different varieties. We gladly pour you a cup of Antica Tostatura Triestina coffee or Dammann & Samova tea. The leaf teas and infusions are all served in a cast iron, Japanese teapot. All hot beverages are served with a chocolate mousse, whipped cream and a homemade dessert biscuit.
Tante Marie in Damme is listed in the Guide Routard and we are proud to call ourselves a bike-friendly eatery. There is a private parking lot for around ten cars which is quite unique in this historic centre. We also provide a bicycle shed with cycling gear. Tante Marie aims to make your time enjoyable, surprising and relaxing.
